Dear friends,
Thanks for your descriptive card and greetings that you sent from Italy. I felt very refreshed and longed even more that we get together to hear you telling more about your trip which I am sure you have enjoyed very much.
Things are rather steady with me although presently I am hurrying to get through a couple of paintings to send out to America in about a week's time, after which I hope to jump over for a chat.
My friend [Researcher W. Sze note: likely Marthe Hennebert] is still the same - even worse because of her sight. She can hardly read or write.
Hope the plans of all three are coming along smoothly.
