Finn Munch-Petersen sends Sonja Ferlov Mancoba a color photograph of Gustaf Munch-Petersen's painting Red Butterfly, 1935, and writes that it was not included in the exhibition Cubism-Surrealism in 1935 and perhaps therefore was painted later in the year. He notes that according to the catalog, it also does not seem that Sonja Ferlov Mancoba participated in this exhibition.
