Sonja Ferlov Mancoba writes to Godfred Hartmann regarding Robert Dahlmann Olsen's manuscript for the book Sonja Ferlov Mancoba. Our Time's Art 72. She states that they have not had a good collaboration due to different mentalities, and that she has not had the energy to contribute to the manuscript along the way. She is not satisfied with the text but wishes that the art that has shaped her is also presented: Danish art, other periods of European art, and art from other world cultures. Furthermore, she finds it important that the text addresses the role of art in the current cultural crisis. She desires less focus on the artist and less focus on analyses of her works.
